Amy Brehaut MacNeill, beloved wife of the late John James "Jack" MacNeill of Murray Harbour, passed away peacefully at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on March 29, 2016 surrounded by the love, and tender care of her family.
In her 90th year, Amy was the youngest child of Harry Brehaut and Lena Dunn and was predeceased by four brothers and three sisters.
She leaves to cherish her memory daughter Sandra and husband Wallace MacKay of Beach Point (granddaughter Patty and husband Earl White and their children Alicia (UNB, Saint John) and Hailee; grandson John and wife Royelle MacKay and their children Billie and Julie), daughter Nancy and husband Alex MacBeath of Gladstone (granddaughter Amy, Harvard University, Boston, USA), daughter Jackie and husband Ed Doiron of Murray Harbour, and daughter Lena and husband Paul Baker of Stratford (grandson Tyler, UPEI).
Resting at Ferguson Logan Montague Funeral Home, a private service will be held on April 2 with interment in Murray Harbour Cemetery alongside her beloved husband of forty years.
In lieu of flowers donations to WellSpring Presbyterian Church, Special Projects Fund would be appreciated.
