The death occurred peacefully, surrounded by her family, at Western Hospital, Alberton, on Wednesday, March 30, 2016, of Annie "Geraldine" Harris of Knutsford, in her 99th year. Born on August 25, 1917, in O'Leary, daughter of the late Henry and Empress (MacPhee) Silliker. Loving mother to Alvin (Beatrice) Harris, Missasauga, ON; Eva (Ross) Rowell, Knutsford; Charles (Hazel) Harris, Cornwall; and Clayton (Lillian) Harris, Knutsford. Loving grandmother to 12 grandchildren, 2 step-grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild. Geraldine is also survived by brothers Elmer Silliker, Toronto, ON, and Calvin Silliker, O'Leary. Geraldine was predeceased by her parents, husband Ivan (1997), brothers Gerald, Neil (Edna), Lorne (Doris), Gordon (Eileen), sisters Marion Betts, Jean (David) MacNevin and sister-in-law Louise Silliker. Resting at Ferguson Funeral and Chapel, O'Leary, with visiting hours on Saturday, April 2, from 1-3 p.m. Funeral to follow at 3 p.m. in the chapel. Interment in Springfield West Baptist Church Cemetery in the spring.
