Albert attended school at Easterlea School, NE of Viscount SK. He married Ramona Geraldine Agar on January 31, 1958, in Medicine Hat AB. Albert drove truck for a Yukon gold mine, worked for Medicine Hat Electrical, Reeder Electric and Melhoff Electric in Swift Current SK, and was the owner of Al's Electical Services. Albert was also a member of the Royal Canadian Legion. He grew up on the family farm outside Viscount SK, born the third of eleven children to Peter and Veronica Gusikoski. He developed a strong work ethic at a very young age, working on the farm. Working hard was always important to Albert as he took pride in working and supporting his family. For those that knew Albert, he could play as hard as he worked. He developed a love of music at a very young age and played the accordion masterfully. He spent many weekends playing in bands, first with his family and later with others around the Swift Current area. Albert was fun loving and had a good sense of humour that one had to sometimes pay close attention to or one would miss. So, today as we say goodbye we say to you, Albert, "Go rest high upon that mountain son, your work on earth is done." Donations in memory of Albert may be made to The Salvation Army, P.O. Box 2016, Swift Current SK, S9H 4M7, or to the Dr. Noble Irwin Longterm Care Facilities. Warren's Funeral Home were entrusted with the arrangements.
