FITZGERALD, Elmer Norman – Age 66, of Little River Harbour, passed away on April 2, 2016 in the Yarmouth Regional Hospital. Born in Comeau’s Hill on October 18, 1949, he was a son of the late Gordon and Gladys (Doucette) Fitzgerald. He is survived by his brothers, Thomas (Eliza), Quinan; Raymond (Phyllis), Port Maitland and Roy, Yarmouth. He was predeceased by a brother, Gilbert. Funeral arrangements were under the care and direction of H.M. Huskilson’s Funeral Home, 29 Albert Street, Yarmouth. By request of the family there was no visitation. A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 9th at 10 a.m. in the H.M. Huskilson’s Memorial Chapel, Yarmouth, Deacon Stephen Bourque officiated. No flowers. Memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia or a charity of ones choice.
