Passed peacefully away at the Health Science surrounded by her loving family on Saturday, April 2, 2016 Patricia Grace of Mount Carmel in her 64th year. Predeceased by her parents Richard and Lucy, sisters Frances, Theresa and Carmelita, brothers Tommy and Brian, sister in-law Bride Nugent, special friend Mrs. Pat and special godchild Susan Hicks. Leaving to mourn are her son Rick (Bertha Power), her cherished grandson Kyle, brothers Kevin (Marguerite), and Don, sister Linda, niece and nephews Nadine McEvoy (Brian), Kevin Grace (Jennifer) and especially Byran Grace (Melissa) whom she raised as her own, great-nieces Maria, Kate, Bridget, Shelby and a special young man Devon Nugent and a large circle of family of friends especially Agatha McDonald, Lena Walsh, Ian Furey, Sherri Lynn Leonard as well as her friends from Petite Forte and Mount Carmel. As per Patricia's wishes, cremation has taken place. Resting at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church. Visitation will take place on Friday, April 8, 2016 from 10 am - 9 pm. Funeral Mass will take place on Saturday, April 9, 2016 at 10 am from Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church. Inurnment to follow at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Cemetery.
