CORMIER, ROBERT
1958 - 2016
Robert Cormier, 57, of Dieppe, NB, passed away on Friday, April 8th, 2016, at the The Moncton Hospital. Born in Moncton, NB on May 16, 1958, he was the son of Adélard Cormier and Clémence (née: LeBlanc) Cormier.
Besides his parents; he will be sadly missed by his wife of 30 years Bernice (nee: Pineau); one son Marc; one brother Rick (Nanette) of Dieppe along with several nieces and nephews, extended family, co-workers and many friends.
He was predeceased by one sister Diane LeBlanc and one brother Donald (Titi).
Robert worked in customer service at Air Liquide Canada (including Hub City Oxygen) for over 30 years. He was an avid hockey fan especially his Boston Bruins and also enjoyed managing his team “The Dragons” in the All Star Hockey pool with his Friday night buddies. He also enjoyed bowling, walking and listening to his favourite music.
Visitation will be held from the Chartersville Funeral Home, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe, NB (857-1901) on Tuesday from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm. A celebration of the word will be held from the Chartersville Funeral Home Chapel, on Wednesday April 13 at 3 pm.
Donations to Friends of the Moncton Hospital would be appreciated by the family.
