Audrey Theresa Hughes
Passed Saturday, April 9, 2016 at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital of Audrey Hughes of Fort Augustus, age 73 years.
Beloved wife of Charles Hughes, loving mother of Clayton, Jamie (Sandra), Helena Baird (Jackie), Sheila Ann Gallant (Stevie), Douglas (Maria) and Heather Palmer (Gary). Audrey will be lovingly remembered by her grandchildren - Tyson, Travis, Jessica, Natasha, Brodie, Brittany, Lyndsey, Luke, Angela, Chasse and Tristan; great grandchildren - Cash and Austin; sisters - Mary Bevan (Barry), Pauline Baird (Stephen - deceased), Rita Kenny (Mike), Sheila Murphy (Jerry) and Donna McNeil (Ronald).
She was predeceased by her parents Henry and Annie (nee Corrigan) Hughes and brother Frankie Hughes.
Resting at Hillsboro funeral Home, 2 Hollis Ave., Stratford for visitation Tuesday, April 12, 2016 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral mass will be celebrated Wednesday, April 13, 2016 at St. Patrick’s Church, Fort Augustus at 10:30 a.m. Interment will take place at St. Patrick’s Cemetery.
As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to St. Patrick’s Cemetery Fund would be appreciated.
The CWL will hold a prayer service prior to visitation at 6:30 p.m.
