It is with great sadness that the family of Thomas Ian Curran announce his peaceful passing at the Palliative Unit at the Miller Centre on April 25th, 2016, at age 65. Predeceased by parents: Thomas V. and Margaret (MacPherson); brother Jamie. Leaving to mourn sons: Michael and Ian; grandson Bryan; sisters: Anne Currie (Gerry), Marie Dalton ( Gil), Sheila, Penny Buchanan ( Bob); and sister-in-law Melody, also a large number of other relatives and close friends from both St. John's and his hometown of Gambo. We would also like to thank the entire staff at the Palliative Unit for making Tom as comfortable as possible during his time there. At Tom's request, cremation has been preformed and a celebration of Tom's life will take place at Bally Haly Country Club on Wednesday afternoon from 4-7 pm.
