Passed peacefully away in the presence of her loving family at the Health Science Centre on Sunday, April 24, 2016, Doreen Lewis of Avondale in her 73rd year. Predeceased by her husband, James B., infant sons: James and Damion, son-in-law: Tommy Barron and special friend Mary Collier. Left with fond and loving memories are her daughters: Joanne, Jeanine (Gord), sons: Joseph, Jamie (Heather), eight grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, loving brother Clarence (Mary), special cousin: Sister Marilyn Costello, brother-in-law: Patrick Lewis (Bon), sister-in-law: Irene Reese (Clayton) and a large circle of relatives and friends. Resting at Dunphy's Funeral Home, Holyrood. Visitation on Tuesday and Wednesday from 2 - 9 pm. Funeral Mass will take place at 2 pm on Thursday, April 28, 2016 from Assumption Church, Avondale.
