Passed peacefully away at the palliative care unit of the Leonard Miller Centre, with his family by his side on March 30, 2016, aged 81. Jimmy to all who knew him, he spent his life helping others, especially with keeping everything in good working order. Jim provided everything from manual labour to expert advice, he genuinely loved spending time with friends and family assisting everyone with all their projects. He will be greatly missed. The family will receive visitors at Caul's Funeral Home, 84 Lemarchant Road on Tuesday, May 3rd from 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. and on Wednesday, May 4th from 2 p.m. - 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. A celebration of life will be held at Caul's Chapel at 11 a.m. on Thursday, May 5th, 2016. A reception will follow at Spirit of Newfoundland, 6 Cathedral Street, St. John's.
