BUNGAY, COURTNEY MARY LYNN
(age 32) - It is with sad and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Courtney Mary Lynn Bungay on Saturday, April 30, 2016 at the Saint John Regional Hospital.  Born is Saint John on April 11, 1984, the daughter of Rosalind Bungay and Charlie Wortman (Linda) and step-father, Gerard Bungay of Saint John.
She leaves behind her partner, Adam Noel and two children, Alana Noel and Jase Noel; brother, Gavin Bungay (Heather MacDonald) of Saint John; as well as several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. 
Predeceased by grandfathers, Bernard Bungay and William Wortman; aunt, Roxlyn Gallant and uncle, Tony Bungay.
Courtney was a devoted mother who loved her children dearly.  She was close to her family and enjoyed spending time with them.  Courtney was a shining ray of light that will be eternally loved and missed by everyone that knew her.
We would like to thank the doctors and nurses of 5AS - Oncology, the ICU nursing staff and doctors for the exceptional care they provided.
Resting at Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424) with visiting on Monday, May 2, 2016 from 7 to 9 PM and Tuesday, May 3, 2016 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM.  The funeral service will be held from Brenan’s Chapel on Wednesday, May 4, 2016 at 2:00 PM.  Interment will take place in St. Joseph’s Cemetery.
