The death occurred at the Palliative Care Community Hospital, O'Leary, on Wednesday, May 4, 2016, of Francis Earl Hart, of Springfield West, aged 51. Born in O'Leary on April 8, 1964, son of the late Roy and Hazel (Collicutt) Hart. Dear brother to Bill, Springfield West. He is also survived by several cousins. Resting at Ferguson Funeral Home and Chapel, O'Leary, with visiting hours Friday, May 6, from 7-9 p.m. Funeral will be held on Saturday in the Chapel at 10:30 a.m. Interment will follow in West Point Presbyterian Cemetery. In memory of Francis, memorials to O'Leary Community Health Foundation Palliative Care would be appreciated.
