WEATHERBEE, Leland Ronald – 83, Truro Heights, passed away on Tuesday evening, March 15, 2016, at Elk Court, Brookfield. Born in Truro, he was the eldest son of the late Homer and Ada (Dartt) Weatherbee. Leland is lovingly remembered and sadly missed by his daughters, Nancy (Colin) Murphy, Truro; Kathy (Carl) Jobin, Lower Sackville; Lori (Derek) Mostert, Shubenacadie; grandchildren, great grandchildren; sister, Beatrice Hingley, Bible Hill; brothers, Ross (Linda), Raymond (Mary), Truro Heights; sisters-in-law, Marie Weatherbee, Lillian Weatherbee, Truro Heights; brothers-in-law, Donald Harvey, Brookfield; Harry Johnson, East Mountain; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Interment will be held 2 p.m., Tuesday, May 10, 2016, in Truro Heights United Baptist Church Cemetery, Pastor Ken Fillmore officiating.
