Passed peacefully away on May 8, 2016 at the G.B Cross Memorial Hospital, Lily Boutcher - Best (nee Barrett) of Arnold's Cove age 90 years. Formerly of Kingwell and Woody Island, Placentia Bay. Pre-deceased by her parents Alice and Alex Barrett, son Ross, her husband of 38 years Rex Boutcher, her husband of 16 years Frank Best, brother Reginald (Olive) Barrett, sister Mondella (Frank) Stratton. Left to mourn with fondest, loving memories her daughters Rowena (Roy) Wareham, Muriel (Baxter) Wareham, Sheila (Hiram) Boland, Iris (James) Stanich, sister Rowena (Otto) Peach; grandchildren Leeland (Roxane) Wareham, Lori (Louis) Mulrooney, Shauna Boutcher, Delona (Doug) Heitrich, Kendon and Geoffrey Stanich; great grandchildren Riley Wareham, Kristyan and Leah Mulrooney, Ashton Heitrich; special niece, Edith Rodway; special nephew, Frank Stratton and a large circle of other relatives and friends. Resting at Fewer's Funeral Home, Arnold's Cove on Tuesday May 10th from 2 pm to 9 pm, Wednesday May 11th 10 am to 9 pm. Funeral Thursday May 12th at 2 pm from St. Michael's Anglican Church, Arnold's Cove with interment to follow at the Interfaith Cemetery, Arnold's Cove.
