Elsie Jean Talbot – 99, Truro, died on May 5, 2016 in Wynn Park Villa with her daughter by her side. Born in Earltown, N.S., she was a daughter of the late Robert and Ada (Stagg) Murray. Elsie is survived by her daughter, Linda Talbot (Robert), Truro and predeceased by her husband, Frank Thomas Talbot.

Her remains are resting in Colchester Community Funeral Home, 512 Willow St., Truro from where a Private Service of Remembrance will be held on Monday, May 16 at 2pm with Rev. Paul Worden, officiating. Interment will take place in Watson Cemetery, East Prince St., Truro. Donations in Elsie’s memory may be made to the SPCA, Truro Branch or to the Colchester Food Bank.
