Grant met Elizabeth (Burton) in 1951, they married on July 10, 1953 at the Salvation Army, Mt. Moriah. Grant was born on Feb 28, 1934 in Trout River to Prebble and Belinda Hann who predeceased him in 1966. Grant enjoyed his early childhood attending the United Church School in Mt. Moriah and later the Church of England School in Curling. He enjoyed a full life with his wife Elizabeth and son Keith (Donna Callahan) and their sons Scott (Jeanne O'Toole) and Jason (Corena Howse). Their son Brian predeceased his dad in 2004. Brian's daughters, Tina Jeanette (Frampton) and Cynthia (Philip Adkins) are left to mourn their grandfather. Jeannette predeceased her dad in a car accident in 1967 while at the tender age of 7 years. Grant retired due to health problems in 1982. He will be sadly missed by his four grandchildren: Scott, Jason, Tina and Cynthia; ten wonderful great-grandchildren: Cory, Jared, Lucas, Kenna, Jakob, Matthew, William, Rodney, Regina and Ryan. These were the sunshine through our years. Grant will be missed and mourned by the many brothers, sisters of the Hann family: Amelia, Charles, Leslie, Emma, Winston; pre deceased by Ula, Lillian, Martha, Calvin and William as well as the Burton family who lifted us up and brought sunshine into our lives through the years.
