Sarah A. Yetman (MacIsaac)

Age 87, of Plymouth, MA died peacefully on May 16, 2016, with her family by her side, at the Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Plymouth, following a sudden illness. She was the devoted wife of Bernard F. Yetman.
Born in Rock Barra, P.E.I., Canada on February 2, 1929, she was a daughter of the late Neil F. and Margaret (MacDonald) MacIsaac. Educated in both Canada and Boston. Sarah was employed at the New England Telephone Co., and left there to raise her six children.
Sarah enjoyed traveling, cooking and spending time with her family. Her family will be forever grateful for her caring and loving ways. Her sense of humor and quick wit will be missed by all.
Besides leaving her husband Bernard of 62 years, she was the loving mother of Geraldine A. Townsend and her husband Stephen of Ridge, N.Y., Bernard F. Yetman, Jr.,Esq. of Plymouth, Joseph Michael Yetman and his wife Julie of Plymouth, Susan Brenner and her husband Greg of Plymouth, Mary Ellen Yetman of Boston, and Kathleen Killion and her husband Michael of Rowley, MA.
She was the beloved sister of Neil MacIsaac of Souris, P.E.I., Peter MacIsaac and Lorne MacIsaac both of Charlottetown, P.E.I., Catherine Gillis and her husband Charles of Souris, P.E.I., Mary MacIsaac of Ottawa, Canada, Margaret MacPhee and her husband Russell of Bayfield, P.E.I., and Frances MacIsaac of Charlottetown, P.E.I. She was predeceased by her brothers Rudy, Kenneth, Earl and John MacIsaac.
She was the cherished grandmother of Kate Sullivan and her husband Robert, Joshua Michael Yetman, Travis Brenner, Sarah Yetman, Jack Killion, Joseph Killion and Bradford Killion. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. She was cherished, deeply loved, and will be greatly missed and remembered always.
Visitation will take place on Thursday evening from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Dingwell Funeral Home in Souris, P.E.I., Canada. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday at 2 p.m. in St. Columba Church followed by interment in St. Columba Cemetery, Fairfield, P.E.I.
