Passed peacefully away at the Miller Center on Monday, May 16th, 2016, James Walter Billard. Pre-deceased by his mother, Nancy, father, Norman sister June, brothers Edward (Regina) and Leonard. Leaving to mourn his wife Veronica (Queenie), sons Jimmy (Fay), Carl (Annette), Michael (Suzan), daughters Lisa (Darrin Sparkes), Jodie (Phil O'Neill). Grandchildren, Brent, Jenna, Carl Jr. and Sophie. Also leaving to mourn his sister Carrol (Paul), brothers Bill (Joy), David (Gwen), Norman (Rosemary), and Clarence (Clara), brothers-in-law Bill, Vic (Theresa),Jim (Cathy), John (Delores) and Don; sisters-in-law Helen Card (Rolly) and Madonna Wheeler (Charlie-deceased). Resting at Caul Funeral Home, LeMarchant Rd., on Wednesday May 18th from 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. and Thursday, May 19th, 2016 from 12 noon - 9pm. The funeral Mass will take place on Friday, May 20th, 2016 at 9:30 A.M. from Mary Queen of Peace, Torbay Rd. Cremation to follow.
