It is with a heavy heart that we announced the sudden passing of Donald Joseph Bartlett (age 69) at the Health Sciences Centre on May 17th, 2016. He is predeceased by his parents Thomas and Frances; brothers Joseph, Vincent and Francis; special niece Linda and parents-in-law Adam and Thelma Burris. Leaving to mourn his wife of 47 years, the love of his life, Mary; his loving children Donald (Paula), David (Michele) and Danielle (Sid) and special grandchildren and light of his life Seb, Belle, Simon, Tyler, Austin and Grace. Also left to mourn brothers Ed (Annette), Jim (Joanne) and Tom (Shelia); sisters Bernadine Yetman (Brian) and Ann Marie Suley (Glenn); sisters-in-law Pauline and Eileen; brothers-in-law Doug and Rod; sister-in-law Susan (John) and special aunt Henrietta Phillpott. As well as special friends Don and Marion Dalton and staff at SCMH Resting at Caul's Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road on Thursday, May 19 from 3 p.m. - 9 p.m. and on Friday May 20 from 10 a.m. - 9 p.m. Funeral Mass to take place from The Basilica of St. John the Baptist on Saturday May 21, 2016 at 9:30 a.m. Cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Canadian Kidney Foundation.
