SEELEY, RUSSELL
Russell Arthur Seeley passed away peacefully on May 20th, 2016, at White Rapids Manor after a 7 year battle with Alzheimer's. He was born on June 8th, 1939, in Rusagonis, NB, to the late Arthur and Margaret (Moore) Seeley.
Russell served with the RCMP at various postings across Canada from 1958 until 1978. After retirement, Russell served as a Revenue Officer at the Burton Court House from 1979 until 1999.
He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Janice (Frese) Seeley; children, Yvette Seeley Jones (Les) of Nasonworth, Gregg A. F. Seeley (Jennifer) of Rockland; grandchildren, Michael and Victoria Jones, and Liam and Harrison Seeley; siblings, Allen Seeley (Eleanor), Brian Seeley (Sandra), Marilyn Arbeau (Burton), Elaine Phillips (Doug), and Linda Comeau; along with several nieces and nephews.
In additon to his parents, Russell is predeceased by his nieces Jocelyn Comeau and Tanya (Phillips) Hayward Lavigne.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Rusagonis Baptist Church on Wednesday, May 25th, 2016, from 2:00 until 6:00 pm, with words of remembrances at 2:00 pm.
