Grant, Cindy Lorraine - age 59, Truro
It is with heavy hearts that the family of Cindy Lorraine Grant (MacNutt), 59, announce her sudden passing at home on Tuesday, May 31.
Cindy is survived and will be missed by her best friend and husband Douglas Grant, and children Jodi Rushton (Greg), Bryden Grant (Heather Lamont), Robin Grant (John DeCoste), and grandchildren Taylor, Ronan, and Jaci. Also surviving are siblings David MacNutt (Belinda), Marlene Wheadon (Michael), Steven MacNutt, Paul MacNutt (Mary Ann), Michael MacNutt, and Michele Rogers (Wade), and many cousins, nephews, nieces, and friends. Cindy is predeceased by her parents Dell and Harold MacNutt, and parents-in-law Dolly and Donald Grant.
Cindy was always proud of her family and enjoyed family and friend gatherings at her home. She loved genealogy, reading, telling family stories, and all different kinds of music.
The family welcomes visitation Sunday, June 5 from 7- 9 pm at Colchester Community Funeral Home, 512 Willow Street, Truro where the Funeral Service will take place Monday, June 6 at 2 pm , immediately followed by burial at Crossroads Cemetery, Valley.
