Passed peacefully away after a short illness at the Health Science Centre on Thursday, June 9, 2016 age 75. Predeceased by his parents William and Lillian, brother Charlie and nephew Matthew. Leaving to mourn his loving wife and best friend Rosemary (Murphy), sons Sean (Jay-Lynn) and Keith (Simone), grandchildren. Bailey, Jake, Kiah and Stella. Sisters Mary (Jim Lush), Sadie Maddicks, brothers Bernard (Rita) and Danny (Linda). Sisters-in-law Betty Maddicks, Geraldine (Ted) Gardner, Brenda (Michael) White, Barbara (Sean) Renouf, Patricia (Dave) Roche, Christine (David) Symonds, brothers-in-law Paul (Patrick) and Jim Murphy and a large circle of nieces, nephews and friends. Cremation has taken place. Resting at Caul's Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation on Sunday from 4 p.m. - 9 p.m. Funeral Mass to take place on Monday, June 13, 2016 at 2 p.m. from St. Teresa's Church. Inurnment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Special thanks to the nurses and doctors on 4 South A Health Science Centre and especially Social Worker Barbara Kelly who went above and beyond for Bill and was there for him to the end.
