Purvis, Jean (nee Sawers)

Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 7, 2016 at the Regency Manor, Central Butte, SK with family by her side. Jean, at the age of 93 was predeceased by her first husband James Reynolds, (1966) and then by Harry Purvis, (2009). Loving mother of Catherine Hammond (James) and stepmother of Brenda Finney. Jean will be lovingly remembered by her sister-in-law Fran Glascock, nephew Bill, nieces Jo-Ann, Stacey, and Susan as well as many great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins and friends. Friends and family are asked to gather at Parkview Funeral Chapel, 474 Hochelaga St. West, on Monday, June 13, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. to join our procession to the Moose Jaw Cemetery (Caribou East at 9th Ave E), where Jean will be laid to rest.
