1952 - 2016
It is with great sadness that the family of the late Harold Wilson Fillier announces his passing at St. Clare's Hospital, in St. John's, on the 10th of June, 2016. Harold was born in Englee in 1952. He is predeceased by his father Hubert Fillier; brother Leamond Fillier; and brother-in-law Monty Brown. Leaving to mourn his loving wife Mary Shannahan; mother Rhoda Fillier; brothers Hardy (Patsy), Varrick (Pansy), and Edwin (Lily); sister Joan (George); sisters-in-law Kay Brown and Ivy Fillier; three brothers-in-law Leo Boland, Kevin Shannahan, and John Shannahan; special friends Colin Williams, Gary Purcell and Robert Nicol; as well as a large circle of family and friends. Cremation has taken place. A private family service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of one's choice.
