It is with sincere thanks the family of Weldon Nicholson thank those that surrounded us during such a sudden loss. To those that brought food to the house, sent flowers, offered condolences, attended Weldon's funeral service and comforted the family since Weldon's passing, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. A special thank you to the paramedics, the Cape Breton Regional Police, Father Ray Huntley, and McLellan Brothers Funeral Home for the care and compassion they demonstrated during our profound grief. We feel so very blessed and comforted that Weldon had such incredible people in his life. It is these memories and the recent memorable events that Weldon was part of, namely his eldest daughter Natalie & Dave's wedding and grandson Liam's christening only months before his death that comfort us in our sorrow.
