It is with great sadness that the family of the late Catherine Oldford announce her passing on Friday, June 17, 2016 at Western Memorial Regional Hospital in Corner Brook, NL at the age of 71 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories her sons: Brian (Jackie), Jason (Tara); and daughter: Christa (Roger); grandchildren: Caitlynn, Taylor, Keira, Brandon, Tanner, and Abby; brothers: James (Carol), Bill (Paula), Tom (Nina), and Leo; sisters: Betty (Junior), and Carla (Gordon); sisters in-law, brothers in- law, and a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband: Byron; parents: Edward and Martha Peddle; sisters: Joan and Mary; brothers: Gerald and Robert and two infant babies. The family will be receiving friends at Fillatre's Funeral Home 4 St. Mark's Avenue on Sunday 2-4 & 7-9 PM. Funeral service will take place from All Hallows Roman Catholic Church, Humber Road on Tuesday, June 21, at 10:30 AM, Father White officiating with interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery.
