Paul LeBlanc

It is with much sadness that the family of Paul George LeBlanc announce his passing on Wednesday June 15, 2016 following a short illness at The Moncton Hospital.

Born October 12, 1931 in Moncton, Paul was the son of the late Alyre and Mathilda (Bourgeois) LeBlanc; beloved husband of Leatrice née LeBlanc; loving father of Maurice, Pierre, and Denis (Donna); proud pépère to André (Danie) and Anna Lee; and delighted grand–papa to Kaleb. He is also survived by brother–in–law, Lawrence LeBlanc (Elsie); sisters–in–law: Marjorie LeBlanc and Greta LeBlanc, and many nieces and nephews. He was the last survivor of his immediate family of nine.

He was predeceased by his siblings: Stella, Doris, Jeannette, Edgar, Ronald, Laurie, Arthur and Roger.

At his request, there will be no visitation prior to the funeral service which will be celebrated at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 88 Church Street, Moncton (858–1900) on Wednesday June 22 at 11 am. A reception in the centre will follow. Interment will be in the Shediac Road Cemetery, Moncton.

In memory of Paul, a contribution to the NB Heart and Stroke Foundation, CNIB, Friends of the Moncton Hospital or a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated.
