Evelyn Eunice Gilmour passed away on Sunday June 19, 2016. She was raised on a farm in the Boharm area by her parents George and Eunice Wolstenholme. Evelyn was the youngest, with 3 older brothers, George, Wilson, and Robert. She attended Central Collegiate where she met the love of her life, Bill Gilmour. After graduation, she went on to business school and married Bill. They lived on the family farm near Tuxford. Evelyn was a member of the Mount Pleasant Ladies Group and an involved member of the community. Evelyn leaves behind her husband of 65 years, Bill; their two children: Nancey (Rod) McCarthy and Rod Gilmour (Karla Sommerfeld); five grandchildren: Katharine, Clint, Alannah, Lauren and Madeline. The Memorial Service will be held at W.J. Jones & Son Chapel on Saturday June 25, 2016 at 11:00 am. Rev. Linda Tomlinson-Seebach will officiate. Following Cremation, interment will take at St. Columba Cemetery at a later date.
