VAIL, IAN BRADSHAW
The passing of Ian Bradshaw Vail ofFredericton, NB, husband of Rita (Roy) Vail occurred on Thursday, June 23, 2016 at York Care Centre. Born on August 7, 1938 in Brockway, NB, he was the son of the late Allen and Leslie (Lang) Vail. Ian was an RCMP Officer. He loved trains, watching and feeding the birds.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughter, Nanci Stocks; son, Michael Vail; step daughters, Pauline Hanson (Pat), Lorraine Whalen (Keith), Susan Imbeault and Denise Philpott; step sons, Michael, Robert (Sue) and Emile Perron; twelve grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; sisters, Judy Gregoire, Susan Morehouse, Joanne Vail and Terry Vail; brother, Donald Vail; several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive on Monday, June 27, 2016 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. A Memorial Service will take place at York Funeral Home’s T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel on Tuesday, June 28, 2016 at 1 pm with Rev. Peter Thomas officiating.
