CHRISTIE, James “Jim” Leslie – age 79, of Yarmouth, passed away on June 23rd, 2016 in the Yarmouth Regional Hospital. Born July 1st, 1936, Jim was a Union Rep. for the Air Force Base in Baccaro, Nova Scotia. He was predeceased by his parents, Frank and Norma (Hitchens) Christie. He is survived by his wife, Carol Christie. He was predeceased by a sister, Helen Francis; brothers, George Hitchens Christie; Edward Bolton Christie. Funeral arrangements were under the care and direction of H.M. Huskilson’s Funeral Home, 29 Albert Street, Yarmouth where visitation took place from 7-9 p.m. Monday, June 27th. A Celebration of Life was held on Tuesday at 1 p.m. from Huskilson’s Memorial Chapel, Yarmouth, Rev. Bev Densmore officiated.
