Alfred Christian Huber of Moose Jaw, passed away peacefully with family by his side on July 2, 2016 at the age of 91. Alfred worked for KR Tracey Construction for 36 years. He had a love of horses and his family was special to him. Alfred is predeceased by his parents, Bertha and Christian Huber; siblings Matilda, Rose, Harold, Anne, Pearl, Doreen, and John. Alfred will be sadly missed by his wife of 62 years Ruby; children Dale (Cindy) Huber, Adele (Kevin) Payne, Harvey Huber, Donna Huber, Marvin (Terry) Huber; grandchildren: Amber, Dyana, Nicole, Brett (Michele), Matthew, Chantal, Justin, Blair (Jessica), and Jillian; great-grandchildren: Navana, Eden, Maguire, Aiden, Wynter, and Sam; siblings: Margaret, Freda, Irene, Kay, Marie, and Fred; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. The Funeral Service will be held at Emmanuel Lutheran Church on Thursday July 7, 2016 at 11:00 am. Reverend John Kreutzwieser will officiate. Interment will take place at Rosedale Cemetery. Memorial donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated. In living memory of Alfred, a memorial planting will be made by W. J. Jones & Son Funeral Home.
