INGRAM - Ethel Rose, 77 of Liverpool, passed away peacefully in Queens General Hospital on Sunday, July 3, 2016 surrounded by her loving family. Born in Liverpool, she was a daughter of the late Eugene and Tessie (Cunningham) Whynot. Ethel, our Mom, was a dedicated, strong and loving person for all of us. She has shown us so much strength and love over the years. We all have been so blessed to have such a strong lady to look up to for all these years. She loved her family unconditionally, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She, and her husband Eugene, started the family construction business over fifty years ago. She loved her horses, fishing at the farm, hunting, and will be remembered for her talent with her crafts and her time with her family. Ethel is survived by her husband Eugene; daughters Debbie (Michael) Frelick, Donna (Murray) Rolfe, and Mary (Brian) McConnell, all of Liverpool; Tammy Ingram (Charles van Dyk) of Caledonia; her son Kenny (Wanda) of Liverpool; her grandchildren (which were her everything) Stephen, Jamie (Elizabeth), Ryan (Tanya), Hannah, Kayla, Kris, Amber, Mandy, Carly, Chandler and Daniel and her great grandchildren Ava, Griffin and Oakley as well as her step grandchildren Randy and Nicholas; her brothers Myles (Angie) of Oxford; Harvey of Liverpool; Ronald (Linda) of Milton. She was predeceased by her great grandson Keith Rolfe; her brothers Allan, Norman, Farrish and Percy. Visitation will be Thursday, July 7, 2016 from 12:00 until 1:00 p.m. with funeral service being held at 1:00 pm, both in Chandlers’ Funeral Chapel Liverpool. Family flowers only, donations may be made to the IWK-Grace Health Centre or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
