Loch Broom/Thorburn

Mary Isabel (Cameron) Stewart, Loch Broom Loop formerly of Thorburn passed away on July 4, 2016 at the age of 95 years in the Aberdeen Hospital surrounded by her family and close friends.

Se was a daughter of the late Robert and Margaret Cameron.

She is survived by five children Fred (Kathy)Stewart, Ont.; Carolyn Dely, Alma; Mary Dely, Abercrombie; Sharon (John) Holman; Alma; Linda (James) Holman, Sheet Harbour; nine grand children and twelve great grand children; three brothers, Calvin (Maude) Cameron, Coalburn; Morris (Gayle) Cameron, Ont.; Lawrence (Mary) Cameron, Ont.; sister-in-law Lois (Ronnie) MacDonald, Ont and several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her husband Raymond Stewart; sons-in-law Paul Dely and Wayne Dely; brothers Roy, Bernie, Lyons and Nyles Cameron; sisters, Ida (Cameron) MacLeod, Catherine and Melva Cameron

Mary was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother and was know as “Nanny” to anyone who knew her. She was a faithful servant of Jehovah for many years.

Special thanks to the 5th Floor Staff for their compassionate care and keeping her comfortable in her time of need and always telling her how they loved to see her smiling face. Also to the V.O.N. and home support workers.

A memorial service will be held 2 o’clock, Saturday July 9 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 1821 Truro Road, Westville with Rex Watson officiating. Burial will be in Heatherdale Memorial Gardens. Donations maybe made to the V.O.N. or the Diabetes Association.
