It is with great sadness that the family of the late Mary Marie Hancock announces her passing at her residence in Deer Lake on Tuesday July 5, 2016 in her 60th year. Mary leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her husband of 15 years Augustus, her children; Amy, Kelly, and Robert, six grandchildren; Riley, Joshua, Cameron, Tristen, and Markus. Mary also leaves to mourn her father; Ernest Dalley, sister; Linda (Wes) and their children Lisa, Margaret and Sheri, sister; Debbie (Doris), sister; Toby (Shawn) and their son Scott, sister; Barbara and her daughter Nikki, and sister Sheri, brother; Ken (June) and their daughter Janice who has a daughter Lauren, brother; Bob (Anna) and their children Tara, Crystal, Karen, and Nikki, mother-in-law; Maxine Hancock, brother-in-laws; Stephen, James, and Eugene (Paula Lavers), sister-in-laws; Marie Dufney (Brian Pelley), and Deloris (Clyde) Compton. She also leaves to mourn a large circle of relatives and friends. Mary has been pre-deceased by her mother Mary Dalley, father-in-law; Willis Hancock, brothers; Brian and Ernest Jr., and her grandparents; Edward and Sadie Colson, and Garfield Dalley. The family will be receiving family & friends at Parsons Funeral Home and Chapel 63 North Main Street, Deer Lake, NL on Thursday July 7, 2016 from 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM. Visitation will continue on Friday July 8, 2016 at Country Haven Funeral Home on Country Road in Corner Brook, NL, from the hours of 2-4 & 7-9 PM, where the funeral service will take place from on Saturday, July 9, 2016, at 2 pm, with Major Wayne Pike officiating, and following Mary's wishes cremation will take place with Inurnment to follow at a later date.
