PRICE, ALMA IRENE
The passing of Alma Irene Price of Priceville, NB, wife of the late John Clinton Price, occurred onThursday, July 7, 2016 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital, Fredericton, NB after a short illness. Born on July 13, 1922, in McNamee, NB, she was the daughter of the late Henry and May (Storey) Price.

Alma is survived by her daughters, Molly Weyman (Jack), Eva Stewart (Jerry) and Margaret Cain (Stephen); sons, Allen (Sadie), Coburn (Judy), Ernest (Hannelore), George (Anna), Douglas, Jeffery (Vicky); daughters–in–law, Linda Price, Joan Price, Janice Price (Leblanc); sister, Eva Wilcox; brother, Claude Price.

In addition to her parents and her husband, she was predeceased by sons, Glen, Cleve, Nathan, Royden and an infant son; sisters, Beatrice, Vida, Cassie, Ruth, Helen, Vera and Mary; brothers, David Elroy and Albert.

Alma loved her little dog Chico. She was deeply devoted to her loving family. She was a great cook; the family gathered regularly and Sunday dinner was always on the table for all. Mother loved to knit and crochet, work in the garden and complete the odd carpentry job on her own.

Visitation will take place at Miramichi Valley Chapel, 7861 Route 8, New Bandon, NB on Saturday, July 9, 2016 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. A Funeral Service will take place at St. James the Greater Anglican Church, Ludlow, NB on Sunday, July 10, 2016 at 2 pm with Cn. Kevin Stockall officiating. Interment will take place in St. John’s Anglican ChurchCemetery, Carroll’s Crossing.
