EDMUND ALEXANDER WARFORD
August 26, 1930 – July 9, 2016
It is with great sadness that the family of the late Edmund Warford announces his passing on Saturday, July 9, 2016, at Dr. Charles LeGrow Health Center, with his loving family by his side at the age of 85. Born in Hampden, he was the son of the late James and Martha (Pike) Warford. He leaves to mourn with fond and precious memories his loving and devoted wife Margaret (Green) of 61 years, a loving father of Perry (Glennis), Hamilton, ON, Beverly Musseau (Carlos), St. Catherine’s, ON, Eddie (Virginia) St. Catherine’s, ON, Dorothy (Dwight) Billard, Oakville, ON, Sherry (Bill) Murphy, Mississauga, ON and Wade (Mary) Corner Brook, NL. Proud grandfather to Lacey, Clinton, Chuck, Luanne, Morgan, Perry, Sarah, Megan, Lori, Jay and Alysaa and great grandfather to Marcus, Travis, Neveah and April. He will also remain in the hearts of his sisters, Emily Batstone and Lillian Warford and brother, Almore Warford, sisters-in-laws, Sarah Ann Warford, Rosina Warford and Marie Warford, brothers and sister-in-laws, Julia Strickland, Woodrow (Linda) Green and John Nelson LeFrense, plus a large circle of nieces, nephews and friends. He was predeceased by his brothers, Harry, Nathan, Bill and George Warford. Friends visited at the Holy Spirit Anglican Church in Isle aux Morts on Thursday, July 14 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. The funeral service took place on Friday, July 15 at 2:00 p.m. from the Holy Spirit Anglican Church officiated by Rev.
