It is with heavy hearts and great sadness that we announce the passing of a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend, Carol Ann Bragg. She passed peacefully into the Kingdom of Heaven on Sunday, July 17, 2016 at the Health Sciences Centre, St. John's, with those she loved most by her side. Leaving to mourn is her best friend and husband of 40 years Bursell, son Myles (Nicole Hawco), daughter Jennifer (Stephen Moran), grandchildren Cole and Kennedy Moran, her siblings Elaine Noseworthy, Yvonne Parsons, Geraldine Fisher, and her brother Gerald Fisher, very close family Gloria Haley (Jim), Nick and Sylvia Moran, and her special friend Glenda Strugnell. Carol also leaves to mourn an extended work family at Sobey's Torbay Road where carol was employed for the past 25 years. We must acknowledge that our struggles could not have been bearable without the wonderful care we received from the nurses of 4NA Health Science Centre and the hematology team. We will always be grateful for the empathy and compassion shown to us during Carol's short illness. Cremation has taken place at Carol's request. Her family will be accepting condolences at Caul's Funeral Home (1118 Torbay Road, Torbay) on Wednesday, July 20, 2016 from 4pm - 9pm and Thursday, July 21, 2016 from 12pm - 9pm.
