Passed peacefully away in the presence of her loving family on Saturday, July 23rd, 2016 at St. Patrick's Mercy Home, Rita Yetman, age 90. Predeceased by parents John and Josephine Tobin (nee McKay); sister Margaret Walsh; brothers William, Maxwell, Augustus, Edward, and Robert Tobin. Rita was the last family member of her generation. Leaving to mourn are her special nephew Donald and wife Mary Tobin who loved and cared for her right up until the very end; precious niece, Lorraine (Richard Kirkland), who Rita raised and loved like a daughter. She will also be greatly missed by her great nieces and nephews who loved her like a grandmother: Theresa, Richard Jr. (Josephine), Donna (Gerard), Steven (Marley), Donald Jr., Lynda (Rob), Heather (Cole) and Jennifer (Mike); great-great nieces and nephews: Melissa, Megan, Selena, Bridget, Hanna, R.J., Tyler, Alyssa, Oliver and Nolan; a number of other nieces and nephews; and very special friends, Mary Downey and David and Tish Finn. Resting at Caul's Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation will be on Wednesday, July 27, 2016 from 2:00 - 4:00 pm. and 7:00 - 9:00 pm. Funeral mass will take place on Thursday, July 28th, 2016 at 9:30 a.m. from St. Teresa's Church, Mundy Pond Road. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Topsail Road.
