Andrew Hines

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Andrew Hines, formerly of English Harbour East, NL, announces his passing on Tuesday, July 26, 2016 in the Victoria General Hospital, QEII, Halifax at the age of 87.

Leaving to mourn his great niece Julie (Brian) Thibeau and their son Brett; and many nieces and nephews in Newfoundland and Nova Scotia. He will also be dearly missed by his furry friend Oscar; plus a large circle of relatives and friends.

Andrew is predeceased by his parents Joseph and Monica Hines, his sisters Maggie and Theresa; and brothers Pat, John “Jack”, Jim and George.

Father John Arhin conducted the Funeral Service at St. Anne’s Roman Catholic Church in English Harbour East on Tuesday, August 02, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. Interment followed at the Roman Catholic Church Cemetery in English Harbour East, NL.

Donations, in Andrew’s memory, may be made to the CNIB.

Pall bearers were Clyde Hynes, Andrew Hynes, Brian Thibeau, Curt Inkpen, Wayne Hynes, and Kevin Hynes. Cross Bearer was Brett Thibeau.
