Peacefully at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Saturday, August 6, 2016 of Mrs. Florence Matilda MacDougall (nee Wilson) of Charlottetown and formerly of Trenton N.S. age 93 years. Beloved wife of James Ignatius MacDougall and dear mother of Nancy Birch (deceased), Robert (Alma) MacDougall and David (Yevonne) MacDougall. Loving Nanny to James, Lori, Thomas, Andrew, Riley, Braden, Jillian, Renee, and to five great grandchildren. She is also lovingly remembered by her sister Lorraine Taylor, special family members Norma McInnis, Georgie Simmons (deceased), Louise Fraser (deceased) and nieces and nephews. She was also predeceased by her sister June. Resting at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home from where the funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 11 a.m. in the funeral home chapel Interment will follow in the Sherwood Cemetery. Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. If so desired contributions in memory of Florence may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
