The death occurred peacefully at the Summerset Manor, Summerside, on Tuesday, August 9, 2016, of Harvey Drummond of Summerside, aged 66 years. Harvey was born in Summerside to the late Harold and Vivian (nee Davison) Drummond. Beloved husband of Mary (nee Steele) Drummond and loving father of Rev. Melissa (Rev. Kevin) Frankland, Jennifer (Tommy) Arsenault and Sarah (David) Pauptit. Lovingly remembered by his 3 grandchildren Gabriel and Khloe Arsenault and Jackson Pauptit. Survived by his brothers Blair, Milton (Lois), Clive (Elizabeth), Wade (Heather), brothers and sisters-in-law Calvin MacMillan, Patricia (John) Arsenault, John (Gladys) Steele, Jim (Roma) Steele, Paul (Heather) Steele, Joe (Vicki) Steele and several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, Harvey was predeceased by his sister Adel MacMillan. Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Road, Summerside, until Saturday, Aug. 13, for a funeral service in the funeral home chapel at 1 p.m. Interment to take place in St. Paul’s Cemetery, Summerside. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Harvey’s memory to the Alzheimer Society of P.E.I. or Summerset Manor Fund would be greatly appreciated.
