It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Duane MacLeod on, August 5, 2016, at the Halifax Infirmary. Born in Port Caledonia, he was the son of the late William and Mildred (Peach) MacLeod. Duane is survived by his daughter, Moira (Arkansas, USA); brothers, Gilbert (Glace Bay) and Jerry (Alberta); sisters, Shirley (Port Caledonia) and Valerie (Alberta). Besides his parents, Duane was also predeceased by his wife, Wilina; his son, John Duane (Ontario); sisters, Geraldine and Anita; brothers, Billy and Gary. There will be no services as per the wishes of the deceased.
