At the Kings County Memorial Hospital the passing of B. Dianne Fraser, age 71 of Montague, occurred on Sunday August 14, 2016. Born in Montague, August 30, 1944, she was the daughter of the late Lloyd and Jessie (MacKinnon) Mellish. Dianne is survived by her children; John Fraser, Kenneth Fraser (Marlene MacLean) and Tracy (Richard) Lapierre; brothers and sisters Joan Sanderson, Verna (Everett) Garnhum, Lloyd Mellish, Helen (Doug) McLeod, Glenda (Barry) MacDonald, John Mellish, Darlene Mellish (Shawn Campbell), Scott Mellish, Charlie Mellish; stepmother Betty Mellish; 4 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. No visitation by request. A grave side service will be held on Wednesday, August 17 at 2 p.m. in the Union Road Cemetery.
