It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, Rosemary Ryan Coates, age 73 years, after a short battle with cancer on Monday, August 15, 2016. Rose joins her beloved first husband Tony Ryan, parents Molly and Jerry Lynch and three brothers in eternal rest. Left to celebrate her life is her loving husband Donald, children from her first marriage Colleen (Pete), Paul (Andrea), Kelly (Andrew), two grandsons Justin (Crystal), Devan, great-grandson Damon, siblings Pete, Syl (Joan), Jerry (Dot), Len (Julia), Germaine, Helen (Tom), Yvonne (Charles), Hannah (Clayton), Toni, Mike (Geraldine), Mary (Mark), John, Greg (Manon), special aunt Mary Ballard as well as a number of other relatives and friends. Thank you to everyone who offered special prayers (Matthew) and cared for her in particular her special sisters Germaine, Yvonne and Toni, sisters-in-law Elizabeth and Jean and nurses Carmel, Melanie and Jill. Visitation at Caul's, LeMarchant Road on Wednesday, August 17 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass to take place from St. Pius X Church on Thursday, August 18, 2016 at 9:30 a.m. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Donations in her memory may be made to a charity of one's choice.
