Passed over into the warmth and safety of the arms of the Lord in the presence of his daughter Michelle and son-in-law Scott at St. Clare's Mercy Hospital, William Francis Sullivan "Bill," age 76 years. Welcoming him home is his beautiful wife Louise (2001); his parents, Michael and Eileen Sullivan; brothers: Joseph and Donald; and sister, Eileen Sullivan. Leaving to mourn, his two daughters: Michelle (Scott Whelan) (St. John's) and Joanne (Rob Klunk) (Chicago); four beautiful grandchildren whom he truly adored and loved: Isabella, Sophia, Ally and Robbie. He also to mourn several brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews, and friends near and far. Bill worked at Dominion for 40 years, he took a short break and returned to the work force for many years at Sobeys. Special thank you to St. Clare's Mercy Hospital 7 West nursing staff - you really went out of your way to show Dad the compassion and dignity that he so deserved. Resting at Barrett's Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue on Tuesday, August 16, from 7-9 pm and on Wednesday, August 17, from 10 am-12 noon, 2-4 pm, and 7-9 pm. Funeral service will be held from Barrett's Funeral Chapel on Thursday, August 18, 2016 at 11 am with interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
