Passed peacefully away at St. Clare`s Mercy Hospital on Saturday, August 20, 2016 at the age of 86 years. Predeceased by her parents: Doris and Ron Cluney; brother: Ron Cluney and sisters: Lily Caul, Valda Hiscock and June Parsons. Leaving to mourn her loving husband of 65 years: Gordon; daughters: Linda Barnes (Tony), Marjorie Crocker (Barry Lawlor), Olive Howell (Denis), Elaine Noonan (David) and Beverly Layden (John); sons: Jimmy Clements (Diane), Ronnie Clements (Winnie) and Robert Clements (Carmel); special grandchild: Candace Clements; 12 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; special nephews: Richard Clements (Anita) and Sam Clements (Dot); special pet: Sammy, as well as her cabin friends. Special thank you to her home-care workers. Resting at Barrett`s Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Ave. on Monday from 10:00 am. - 9:00 pm. and on Tuesday from 10:00 am. - 9:00 pm. Funeral service will be held from St. George`s Anglican Church, Petty Harbour on Wednesday, August 24, 2016 at 2:00 pm. Interment will follow at the Anglican Cemetery, Petty Harbour.
