It is with great sadness that the family of the late Malcolm Tucker announce his passing on Saturday, August 20, 2016 at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital in Corner Brook at the age of 70 years. He will be sadly missed by his loving family his wife Muriel (nee Gillam); daughters: Glynis (Alan) Ellsworth, Natalie Merry, Tina Pittman (Ivano) and Renee Coughlin; son Blair (Pam); his loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren who has brought such joy and comfort through his illness in the past 6 years grandchildren: Natasha Merry, Melanie Ellsworth (Matt), Matthew Ellsworth (Holly), Derrica Merry, Alexander Pittman, Casey Joyce, Christina Joyce and Noah Coughlin; great-grandchildren: Jaida Blake and Logan Noseworthy; brother Wayne (Marie); sisters: Carolyn Hann (Everett), Rebecca Green-Parsons (John) and Christine Tucker (Maitland White); sisters-in-law: Judy Pond (Eric), Shirley Penney (Augustus) and Chloe Young; brothers-in-law: Eugene Gillam (Marilyn) and Randy Gillam (Marie); as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Evelyn and Frank Tucker, parents-in-law Florence and Aubrey Gillam, son-in-law and best friend Stephen Coughlin. Friends may visit Fillatre's Funeral Home, 4 St. Mark's Avenue on Monday 2-4 p.m. Visitation will continue at Holy Trinity Anglican Church in Meadows on Monday 7-9 p.m. from where the funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 23 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Malcolm Palmer officiating. Interment to follow at the church cemetery. As expressions of sympathy flowers graciously accepted or donations may be made to Holy Trinity Anglican Church Memorial Fund.
