Passed peacefully away at her residence in Long Pond on August 25, 2016, age 84 yrs. Predeceased by her husband Thomas (2002), son Randy (2015). Leaving to mourn daughter Judy (Steve), sons Ron, Gary (Penney), Glen, Rod (Kathy), Darrell, Craig (Diane), grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sister Beatrice, her dog Zena, who was her companion and special friend. Also a large circle of family and friends. Visitation in the James J. Hickey Memorial Funeral Home, Kelligrews on Saturday and Sunday from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. Funeral service in the James J. Hickey Memorial Chapel, Kelligrews on Monday, August 29, 2016 at 1:30 pm. Interment in St. Thomas of Villanova Cemetery, Topsail. Donations may be made to the Dr. Bliss Murphy Cancer Centre.
