The death occurred at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, on Thursday, September 1, 2016, of John “Frank” MacKenzie, of Borden-Carleton, aged 48 years. Born in Summerside, he was the son of George MacKenzie, Borden-Carleton and Bonnie Dawson MacKenzie, New Glasgow, NS. Survived by his wife Michelle (MacDonald) MacKenzie; children Matthew, Brooke and Brady; sister Carol Ann MacKenzie; brother Daniel (Suzanne) MacKenzie; brothers-in-law Sean (Bethany) MacDonald and Andrew MacDonald; and by numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his father-in-law John A. MacDonald. Resting at the Moase Funeral Home, Summerside, where funeral service will be held on Monday at 10:30 a.m. Interment in St. John’s Anglican Church Cemetery, St. Eleanors.
