Peacefully at the Western Hospital, Alberton, on Thursday, September 1, 2016 with his loving family by his side of John Thane O'Brien of Cascumpec. Loving companion of Charmaine Ellsworth age 52 years. Born at Summerside, PE on February 3, 1964, he was the cherished son of John and Yvonne nee Gallant O'Brien. Loving father to Devon (Kendra) of Elmsdale and Chansey (Mike) Buchanan of Pleasant Grove. Loving grandfather to Gretta, Raya and Sadie. Dear brother to Beverly (Larry) Gallant of Saint John, NB, Debbie (Kevin) McNeill of Elmsdale, Kenny O'Brien of Calgary, Roxanne O'Brien (Paul) of Edmonton, Derek O'Brien (Liz) of Calgary. He is also survived by Charmaine's family members, Dorothy Ellsworth of St. Lawrence, Kerry (Nicole) Ellsworth of St. Lawrence, Lisa McCarthy (Dave) of Cornwall, Ryan Costain (Melanie) of St.Lawrence and Sabrina Costain (Jeremy) of Charlottetown. He will be sadly missed by his uncle, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, and freinds. He was predeceased by grandparents, Edward and Evelyn Gallant, Jarvis and Regrata O'Brien and Charmaine's father Claude Ellsworth.
